The construction of the business complex «Marine Business Center» took place in two stages — the first was the reconstructed building of the old factory and the second one is an additional built five-story building in which bowling сlub is located. A few years later a new business center building was built nearby.

First stage:

The «Marine business center № 1» and the entertainment club «YO» are a complex of two buildings of 9-storey and 5-storey standings close to each other with overall area 26 500 м². Engineering systems serve both buildings simultaneously. Our company has developed a project, completed the delivery and installation of equipment for ventilation, heating and air conditioning. The air conditioning system is built on the basis of 2 700 kW of chiller «YORK» (USA) and 100 fan coil units «YORK». The ventilation system consists of a supply and exhaust unit with a capacity of 50,000 m³/h, serving the main premises of buildings. For auxiliary premises used the supply/extraction unit with a capacity of 25,000 m³/h.

The building is equipped with an air heating system. The system based on supply and exhaust systems, hot water for which is prepared by a 2MW boiler house. In addition, were used the exhaust ventilation systems based on Ukrainian fans with a total capacity of 50,000 m³/h. Also in both buildings, we made smoke exhaust systems and air supply to stairways on the basis of Swedish NOVENCO fans. «Grundfos» pumping stations are used in all systems. On the roof of a nine-storey building, a penthouse and apartments are equipped with own supply and exhaust ventilation systems from 5000 to 10,000 m³/h produced by «YORK».

Second stage:

Our company completed the project, installation, delivery of equipment and subsequent maintenance of engineering systems in a multi-storey building in the center of Odessa with a total area of 24000 m². For cooling, 2 chillers «YORK» (USA) with a capacity of 750 kW each were used. Ten air-supply units of «Novenco» (Denmark) for 10 000 m³/h each were used to supply air to the premises, as well as two «Novenco» supply/exhaust units of 16 m³/h each.

Cooling of premises is carried out by 360 fancoils «GEA» (Germany). For removing air from the premises used «Casals» (Spain) exhaust system. In addition, a smoke exhaust system was designed and installed on the basis of Ukrainian exhaust fans, as well as a system of air supply to stair flights. In the building of the Marine Business Center we carried out all the pipelines of heating, water supply, internal and external sewerage. On the roof of the building we installed a modular boiler house with a total capacity of 3.6 MW consisting of 36 modules of 100 kW each. For pumping heat carriers used pumps «Grundfos» (Germany).
