Odessa Executive Suites Hotel is a hotel in the heart of Odessa on the main tourist street, located in several historic buildings. For this object, our company has developed a project for ventilation, heating, air conditioning, sewerage water supply and fire extinguishing systems. Delivery and installation of equipment for all engineering systems are completed. In addition, in the building of the hotel there is a restaurant "Fish on Fire" belonging to the largest chain in Odessa.
Hotel: 1st and 2nd stage
Construction of the hotel took place in 2 stages. The first stage - the launch of 50 rooms with a total area of 2500 m2, the second stage - the launch of 39 rooms with a total area of 1800 m2.
The heating is provided by two fireboxes with a total capacity of 200 kW, each constructed on the basis of 100 kW condensing turbo boilers "BAXI". For the provision of hot water, two 1000-liter battery capacities are installed, each produced by the Ukrainian company KRONAS.
For cooling the premises in the summer, the Climaveneta water cooling machine (Chiller) with a capacity of 200 kW with an external air condenser and a 1000 liter cold storage tank was used.
The premises of the hotel are equipped with "WITO" fan coils connected via a 4-pipe system. The heating and air-conditioning systems are united by a common dispatching system, which allows each room of the hotel to maintain a comfortable temperature for a particular tenant.
As an exhaust ventilation of the bathrooms, 8 exhaust fans of Ukrainian manufacture installed on the roof were used.
The water supply system of the hotel is built on the basis of the Grundfos inverter pump station. The system has a water reserve of 20 m3. In addition to water supply and sewerage systems, our company also installed an emergency fire fighting system.
Fish in Fire Restaurant
The restaurant "Fish on Fire" is a fish restaurant belonging to the largest restaurant chain in Odessa.
Cooling and heating of the premises of the restaurant are provided by five cassette fan coil units with a capacity of 10 kW each. Cold and hot water for fan coils are received from the chiller and the heating plant, hot water supply is also provided by the heating plant.
The ventilation system consists of three supply and exhaust units installed on the roof of the hotel with a capacity from 2500 to 4000 m3 / h. Supply and exhaust units are equipped with rotary heat exchangers with a recovery efficiency of more than 75%, and an electric heater with a power of 36 kW.
In addition, an additional installation with water heating and cooling capacity of 4,500 m3 / h and 4 exhaust fans with a total capacity of 8,000 m3 / h, working as local exhaust systems from kitchen equipment, is additionally installed. All ventilation equipment is manufactured in Ukraine.
The water supply system of the restaurant provides a water reserve of 5 m3. The restaurant is also provided with an autonomous sewage system built on the basis of two sewage pumping stations. Pump station SFA (France) with a tank capacity of 50 liters. provides the work of the toilets of the restaurant and the toilet of the kitchen. Pump station Speroni (Italy) with a tank of 200 liters capacity. Provides the work of the entire kitchen. To prevent fat from entering the pumping station of the kitchen, a grease trap is installed at the entrance.
Also in the basement there is a drinking water purification system, operating on the principle of reverse osmosis with a capacity of 90 liters per hour and a water reserve of 280 liters. The purification system provides all kitchen equipment, such as a combi steamer, icemakers, a coffee machine, a pasta maker and water extraction points for cooking, with purified water. All parts of the cleaning system are located in the basement or behind suspended ceilings, the pipelines of the system are held in the walls during the construction of the restaurant, thus not taking away a useful place in the kitchen.
