Installation Klimat

A series of "KLIMAT" installations represents a fundamentally new class of ventilation equipment, combining a supply and exhaust ventilation system and an air conditioner in a compact heat-insulated body with an integrated automation system.

The installation is designed for direct-flow (without recirculation) supply to the premise of cleaned heated or cooled outside air.

Absence of external blocks and external pipelines.

In comparison with installations containing remote condenser unit, high efficiency is determined by the cooling of the condenser of the KLIMAT unit, in which the removable indoor air of room temperature is carried out, and not by the external one, which differs significantly in winter and summer in terms of temperature characteristics.

  • Channel design, not requiring an air handling plant
  • Small weight
  • Low noise level
  • Power supply 230V ~ 1ph. (Model Klimat-035)

Principle of operation of the KLIMAT system

Structurally, the plant represents a supply and exhaust ventilation unit with a heat-insulated shell of galvanized steel with a white sputtering coating. Inside the installation, in a completely isolated supply and exhaust ducts, there are two radial fans of bilateral suction, two cassette filters, a reversible heat pump unit, an electric / water heater and an automation system.

The reversible heat pump is a factory-filled and closed-loop freon circuit with copper-aluminum plate heat exchangers installed in the supply and exhaust ducts.

When the unit is operating in cooling mode, the heat exchanger in the supply channel is an evaporator and cools the supply air, and the heat exchanger-condenser is cooled by the air withdrawn from the room.

When operating in heating mode, the fresh air is heated from the heat exchanger, which in this operating mode serves as a condenser. The heat exchanger-evaporator which is located in the exhaust channel absorbs the heat energy of the exhaust air. This process in comparison with the direct electric heating of the supply air is characterized by much lower energy consumption.

Draining of air

(Own development of BB Consulting)

One of the application areas of the installation is dehumidification of air in pools and other rooms with excessive humidity, which is achieved due to the double effect: Dehumidification of air during its cooling, accompanied by precipitation of condensate, and subsequent heating of air.

At present, a series of highly effective air dehumidifiers is being manufactured, based on the CLIMATE series. Samples of technological solutions for optimal use of installation as an air dehumidifier and the information on the produced dehydrators can be obtained by contacting BB Consulting.

Microprocessor module of supply and exhaust ventilation systems KLIMAT

The main control functions of the supply and exhaust system are assigned to the central micro-controller MCU1, which accepts / transmits and processes commands from the control panel via the RS-232 interface. The micro controller also performs comparison and processing of external signals (fire alarm sensor, pressure gauges of filter status, etc.) and the issuance of appropriate information and control signals for the heat pump, tubular heating element , heat pump valve, air damper drive, ventilation switching, etc.

The control program contains built-in protection against overheating of the heater when the unit is switched off.

Switching of ventilation speeds (five steps) can be carried out by the user from the control panel. In addition, in some situations, the central micro controller, in accordance with the algorithm of operation, can make decisions about additional adjustment of the inflow or exhaust speed of fan. This can happen in the heating mode, when the air supplied to the room can not be heated to the desired temperature at the maximum speed (or user speed).

Continuous reception and processing of information from temperature sensors is performed by an auxiliary microcontroller, which communicates with the central microcontroller via the interface 12 °C.

Sensor System

  • outdoor temperature sensor
  • the air temperature sensor in the inflow channel (the temperature of the air supplied to the room)
  • room temperature sensor
  • heat exchanger temperature sensor in the air exhaust channel
  • heat exchanger temperature sensor in the air supply channel

Continuous reception and processing of information from temperature sensors is performed by an auxiliary microcontroller, which communicates with the central microcontroller via the interface 12 °C.

From the control panel, the user can set the desired room temperature. The central microcontroller compares the selected temperature value with the temperature value of the main temperature sensors, after which a decision is made to select a particular operating mode (cooling, heating) in accordance with the control program.
